Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned, digital-product purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund, return, or replacement terms for physical products will be stated on the applicable product page when direct physical-product sales are offered through cheryltuck.com.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, including Amazon, are subject to the return and refund policies of the retailer through which the purchase was made.

Unauthorized Sharing

Purchasing a digital product is for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated. Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, posted online, or shared with others without written permission.
